1Lead commercial due diligence on prospective startups, encompassing market sizing, customer validation, and competitive analysis.
2Serve as a strategic partner to the founders, supporting priority setting and operational planning.
3Coordinate workflows across client advisory projects, commercial-executive placements, and investor-facing deliverables.
4Prepare commercial assessments, investment memos, and strategic recommendations for clients and investors.
5Support client fundraising efforts through pitch-deck development and go-to-market validation.
6Manage internal reporting, OKRs, analytics, and performance tracking to drive informed decision-making.
7Oversee onboarding, scoping, and quality control for all project engagements to ensure excellence.
8Act as the central communication hub between founders, clients, commercial executives, and investors.
Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in commercial due diligence, strategy consulting, corporate development, or venture capital.
Demonstrated strong analytical capability in market research, business model evaluation, and competitive analysis.
Experience within technology, industrial innovation, or climate-tech is highly beneficial.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Highly organised with a structured approach to managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, entrepreneurial environments.
Proactive and resourceful, with the confidence to act as a thought partner to senior leadership.
Strong skills in commercial strategy and CDD.
