Ballpoint is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join their performance and marketing science team. This is a foundational role where you will be responsible for turning messy, inconsistent, multi-channel data into clean, reliable, decision-ready insight.
You will build the infrastructure behind their clients’ growth programmes, focusing on attribution, forecasting, and experimentation, establishing workflows that allow them to scale confidently. You'll inherit solid foundations from a strong fractional setup, and then take ownership of their data engine as they scale.

Key Responsibilities
1Own the accuracy, cleanliness, and reliability of all performance data across paid social, paid search, and retention channels.
2Implement and maintain tracking setups across GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Shopify, and Looker Studio/BI tools.
3Troubleshoot data issues, attribution gaps, and tracking inaccuracies quickly and decisively.
4Build and own dashboards that help teams and clients understand what’s truly driving performance.
