As part of the eClarity team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial support to eCommerce businesses, from bookkeeping to more complex financial functions.
In this role, you will support the eCommerce Finance Manager, ensuring the accuracy and cleanliness of all bookkeeping and reconciliations. You will also contribute to the development and refinement of eClarity's financial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
1Support in auditing client finance functions and recommend improvements.
2Perform daily bookkeeping and reconciliations with a focus on accuracy.
3Enable real-time reporting for clients, eliminating transaction backlogs.
4Build client relationships, minimizing requests to free up their time.
5Review and improve financial processes and controls, encouraging automation.

Support the preparation and delivery of enhanced management accounts and commentary.
7Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reporting.
8Support client fundraising projects and the preparation of financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
Requirements
3+ years of experience reporting into an HOF/FD/CFO.
Part Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Excellent attention to detail and passion for problem-solving.
Advanced Excel skills with experience in building complex models and large datasets.
Experience of working within a Retail, Marketplace or DTC/e-commerce business
Hungry, determined, and passionate about making an impact and driving results.
Advanced MS Excel and IT skills (familiarity with graphs, VLOOKUPS and Pivot tables).
Able to build strong relationships with the wider Finance team and throughout the business
