Flexjet, a distinguished provider of fractional private jet ownership, seeks a Partnership & Events Manager to enhance its Global Marketing Team. This role within the Lifestyle sector is integral to the continued growth of Flexjet, a brand synonymous with luxury and innovation in private aviation.
The Partnership & Events Manager will focus on developing strategic alliances and curating exclusive owner experiences that strengthen client relationships and elevate the Flexjet brand. This role demands a detail-oriented and relationship-driven professional with a passion for creating high-touch experiences that reflect the brand's commitment to luxury.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in reinforcing Flexjet's market position through memorable and impactful events and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1Develop and execute annual event and sponsorship plans in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
2Oversee event logistics, including invitations, guest lists, and vendor management, ensuring all deadlines are met.
3Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts to maximize ROI and maintain fiscal responsibility.
4Lead and direct vendors on-site at marketing events, ensuring seamless execution and brand representation.
5Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing Flexjet brand partners and sponsorships.
6Identify and evaluate new partnership and sponsorship opportunities to expand brand reach and engagement.
7Evaluate the performance of partnerships and events based on lead generation, ROI, and brand awareness metrics.
8Support the development of marketing materials and content to promote partnerships and events across various channels.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a relevant field.
Extensive experience in a marketing position, preferably within a luxury brand or service environment.
Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a strong work ethic with attention to detail.
Innovative and creative thinker with a demonstrated ability to approach challenges and opportunities with a fresh perspective.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with coworkers, sales teams, and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Practical experience in key marketing areas including email marketing, social media, and Google Analytics.
Fluent written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
