The CFO Centre UK is seeking a dynamic Events Lead to shape and deliver a strategic calendar of events, connecting our CFOs with business owners and key decision-makers. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with both the marketing and regional teams to ensure each event delivers measurable value and aligns with broader business development goals.
You will have full ownership of end-to-end event delivery, from venue sourcing and supplier management to delegate coordination and insightful post-event reporting.
As Events Lead, you'll be instrumental in designing and executing a diverse mix of event formats, including thought leadership webinars, face-to-face regional gatherings, and partnership events. You will be responsible for event promotion from start to finish, including pre-event engagement and post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
1Develop and manage a strategic events calendar aligned with marketing and business development goals.
2Plan and execute a mix of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
3Own end-to-end event promotion, including pre- and post-event follow-up.
4Collaborate with the commercial team to tailor events to local market needs.
5Manage all facets of event delivery: venue sourcing, supplier management, and logistics.

Work with content and digital teams to promote events and maximise attendance.
7Track KPIs such as attendance, engagement, lead quality, and ROI.
8Ensure all events reflect The CFO Centre's premium brand and values.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B event management, ideally in professional or financial services.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience managing budgets and negotiating with suppliers.
Proficiency in using event platforms such as Zoom, Eventbrite, and HubSpot.
Understanding of lead generation and sales enablement through events.
