Agora Talent is partnering with an exciting luxury fashion brand seeking a Finance Manager to join their expanding team. Approaching £4m in revenue, the company is preparing for a fundraise early next year, offering the successful candidate a unique opportunity to support the fractional CFO and gain experience typically unavailable at this level.
Reporting directly to the Founder, a prominent figure in the fashion world, you will take full ownership of the month-end process, producing and delivering management accounts, commercial forecasts, and budgets, while ensuring consistent cash flow. Key Responsibilities
1Produce and present management accounts to board level.
2Report on financial data and provide commercial insights.
3Analyse the P&L and balance sheet.
4Conduct variance analysis.
5Lead budgeting and forecasting processes.
6Forecast cash flow to ensure business needs are met.
7Oversee transactional finance, including payroll, prepayments, accruals, journals, reconciliations, credit control and invoicing.
8Support the Fractional CFO with strategic decisions and fundraising efforts.
Requirements
Experience at Management Accountant level and above in an SME.
Background in retail/product based businesses.
Highly confident with producing management accounts and financial reports.
Capable of being hands-on with all aspects of finance, including supporting a Finance Assistant.
Analytical, with a keen eye for detail.
High degree of commercial acumen.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
