Key Responsibilities
1Provide strategic financial leadership to support growth, transformation, or capital events.
2Conduct a Financial Infrastructure Diagnostic Audit (FIDA) to identify and prioritise areas for improvement.
3Develop and implement clear roadmaps for financial enhancement and governance maturity.
4Advise on funding strategy, financial modelling, and readiness for major commercial milestones (e.g., investment, exit, or IPO).
5Partner closely with senior leadership to build financial capability and deliver sustainable value.
Requirements
Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive within dynamic, scaling, or change-driven organisations.
Experience in fundraising, transformation programmes, or preparation for key capital events.
Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with hands-on operational capability.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and uplift finance teams.
