Requirements
Experience in executive search, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Proven track record of generating revenue and building client relationships.
Desire to build and manage your own book of business.
Strong network of contacts in one or more of the following sectors: Legal, Tax, Technology, Finance, Professional Services, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Public Affairs, or Management Consulting.
Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to take ownership of your career.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with contract, interim, or fractional talent solutions is a plus.
