MISSION is seeking a driven and creative Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in their ambitious growth plans. With a strong foothold in the sports world and backing from athletes and FMCG experts, MISSION is poised to become a leading performance tea brand.
In this role, you will report to the Fractional CMO and collaborate directly with the Founder, taking ownership of the marketing roadmap and spearheading impactful campaigns. You will be responsible for launching product collaborations with high-profile figures, coordinating events at major sporting venues and retail locations, and collaborating on brand positioning and content strategy. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, comfortable analysing performance metrics, and passionate about health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
1Own the planning and execution of the marketing roadmap, ensuring timely and well-planned campaigns and launches.
2Launch product collaborations with a Formula One driver and a pro tennis player, maximizing brand exposure.
3Lead and coordinate events and sampling initiatives at major sporting events and key retail stores.
4Collaborate with the founder on brand positioning, content strategy, and ongoing brand development efforts.

Coordinate across channels to deliver a consistent and engaging brand experience across all customer touchpoints.
6Lead market research initiatives, gather customer and consumer insights, and translate data into strategic recommendations.
7Help recruit and onboard additional marketing resources as the company scales, building a high-performing marketing team.
Requirements
3-5 years of relevant experience in a fast-growing consumer startup environment.
Proven experience delivering successful marketing campaigns and product launches, including partnerships, live events, and sampling.
Ambition to grow into a Marketing Lead role and take on increasing responsibility over time.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating resourcefulness and strong organizational skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance, draw insights, and make informed decisions.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of working with diverse stakeholders.
