Requirements
University degree or relevant experience in a talent acquisition environment.
3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the tech industry.
Proven ability to source talent in a candidate-short and highly-specialised market.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working 100% remotely.
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in using recruitment technology and tools.
