Key Responsibilities
1Oversee and lead a portfolio of social media accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
2Develop and implement quarterly advertising strategies tailored to client objectives.
3Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns on LinkedIn.
4Provide fractional support for internal marketing initiatives, contributing to the agency's growth.
5Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions to inform effective strategies.

Drive cross-selling, upselling, and referral opportunities through strong client relationships.
7Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting and audience targeting.
8Analyse campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions and optimize ROI.
Requirements
4+ years of experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients.
Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn advertising platforms and tools, such as Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, and 6Sense.
Proficiency in using analytics platforms like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel to analyze campaign performance.
Proven ability to drive results and measure success through key performance indicators (KPIs).
Experience with audience segmentation by tier and job title.
Excellent communication skills to translate and articulate strategy and present data effectively.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
