You will be teaching both senior and junior engineers, answering complex questions, and helping learners improve results when using LLMs.
This role is ideal for someone with strong technical mentoring experience. This could be your next fractional job.

5Adapt teaching style to match the level and background of the audience.
6Maintain a personable, passionate, and professional demeanor to create a positive learning environment.
7
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Skiller Whale's teaching materials.
8Share examples from your experience in different settings; what you’ve found works well, and what doesn’t.
Requirements
Significant expertise and experience in a real-world software engineering setting.
Solid understanding of basic machine learning concepts and LLM internals.
Experience with prompt engineering, agentic AI, and IDE integrations with AI agents.
